A £150 refundable deposit against breakages is charged regardless of the length of stay.
Rental is usually from 4.30pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
A deposit of 50% of the holiday cost is payable on booking and in the event of cancellation is not refundable unless the apartment can be re-let (minus a 20% administration charge). We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance. The balance, to include the £150 breakages deposit, is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Heating and electricity are included.
This accommodation is not considered suitable for children under five years or pets. Non-smokers only please.
